A: You gain through the process of losing.When I chose to take this journey I chose to take the necessary steps to lose all things that stop me from reaching my weightless goal.
Q: What exactly have you lost already?
A: The first thing I lost was practice of procrastination. No more “I’ll start tomorrow”. The second thing I lost was self-doubt, it start with believing in myself and encouraging myself. These two are my starting point we all have to start somewhere. For you it may be different, but you have to figure out what it is holding you back and lose it. Toss it and never find it again. You have to allow yourself to lose in order to gain, not only in weight loss, but in every area of life.
