Q: Why would you want a “Losing Mentality”?
A: You gain through the process of losing what’s not important in your life. When I chose to take this journey I chose to take the necessary steps to lose all things that stop me from reaching my weight loss goals.
Q: What exactly have you lost already?
A: The first thing I lost was the practice of procrastination. No more “I’ll start tomorrow”. The second thing I lost was the acquiesce to defeat. It started with believing in myself and encouraging myself to accomplish my goals. These two are the starting points we all have to start with. For you it may be different, but you have to figure out what it is holding you back and lose it. Toss it and never find it again. You have to allow yourself to lose in order to gain, not only in weight loss, but in every aspect of life.
